French and German Speaking Customer Service Administrator, Maidenhead

We are looking for a Customer support representative for a Multinational Software Solution Provider in Maidenhead. Your role as a Customer Renewals / Data Quality Administrator is to support EMEA based clients – specifically French and German client base.
The Company sells a wide range of software products and tools to major companies throughout the world. You will be Responsible for handling non-technical isues from high valued EMEA customers (English, German and French). Role involves in-bound and out-bound call handling, responding for non technical cases, investigating issues raised by customers, liaising with different departments within the company (i.e Technical, Sales, Support Renewal and Sales Administration team) in order to troubleshoot the issues. You will also be responsible for order admin - entering distributor orders in the system and maintain the database. This Data Quality work is required to make sure that database cleaned regularly and is up-to-date.
