Leading IT software product and services vendor is seeking a Support Renewal Administrator for a challenging customer service role. The Company are an IT software vendor who sell a wide range of software products and tools to major companies throughout the world. This role is focused in their Nordic market – so the key requirement is either Danish, Norwegian or Swedish language skills. You will contact the clients about the subscription service, support renewals, licensing issues for product upgrades, identifying which upgrade products they require and raising the necessary paperwork. These are usually straightforward B2B transactions but there are opportunities to encourage the customers to upgrade the contracts or buy enhanced services. You will also be involved in checking the integrity of the data on the customer database and in talking to customers throughout Nordics & Europe who are calling in with requests for assistance.
