KEY SKILLS- successful track record in IT Director role within a medium sized global company. Good base of understanding of applications and strategy design. Understanding of Finance, Property Management or Construction markets.
IT Director Europe opportunity. Your brief will be to help drive forward an organisation undergoing major transformational change. The company has grown a lot by acquisition so there are lots of challenges in combining global offices, IT operations and business teams. A strong understanding of Finance, ideally combined with some understanding of property management or a related field. Background knowledge of applications and a belief that they are a tool to help the business perform better.
High energy, positive individual required. Must be able to travel ( mainly within Europe) and live within a reasonable commute of central Berkshire. Must demonstrate experience and success in a similar role and be able to move forward some major transformational projects. A background that combines project management, operational management and stakeholder management essential. A background knowledge of applications such as Yardi, Qube, Cognos, TM1, Circle, Dyna and Cougar of particular relevance.
